Qualifications

• Proven experience in Loss Prevention or Security Management across multi-site retail.
• Deep understanding of European regulations and fraud prevention practices.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Exceptional analytical skills to interpret data and implement solutions.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in another European language is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop loss prevention executives to ensure high-quality performance.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive European loss prevention strategy.
• Oversee investigations into theft and fraud; collaborate with law enforcement.
• Analyse shrinkage KPIs and provide strategic insights to leadership.
• Support new store openings with risk assessments and security reviews.
