Job summary

Seargin in the United Kingdom is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end finance transformation projects, including e-Invoicing, AP automation, ERP, tax, and finance systems. You will own project planning, governance, and stakeholder coordination.

This role requires extensive cross-functional and international delivery experience, strong governance, and ability to manage vendors and complex integrations across ERP and finance platforms.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience managing enterprise technology, IT delivery, or finance transformation projects.
• 5+ years of experience delivering e-Invoicing, AP automation, ERP, or financial systems projects.
• 4+ years of experience managing complex integrations across ERP, finance, procurement, document management, or related platforms.
• 3+ years of experience leading governance, risk management, testing, cutover, deployment, and change management activities.
• Strong experience managing cross-functional and international project teams and complex delivery environments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, vendors, dependencies, and competing priorities.
• Strong experience applying Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies according to project requirements.
• Strong project delivery, organizational, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of finance transformation projects.
• Define project scope, requirements, milestones, delivery plans, schedules, budgets, resources, and dependencies with stakeholders.
• Coordinate integrations between ERP and finance systems, procurement, document management, archiving, tax, and e-Invoicing platforms.
• Drive project governance and oversee testing, deployment, cutover, hypercare, change management, and executive reporting.
• Ensure finance transformation projects meet country-specific and European e-Invoicing, tax, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage third-party vendors, implementation partners, and system integrators to ensure delivery against agreed scope, timelines, and quality.
• Coordinate Finance, Procurement, Business, and Technology stakeholders and facilitate steering committees and governance meetings.
