Job summary

Mase Consulting Ltd is seeking a European Service Engineer / Maintenance Technician to support pharmaceutical customers across the UK and Europe. This role is home-based with regular travel, 60-70% away, and occasional weekends for complex service work.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years in service engineering on complex automated pharmaceutical equipment, be fluent in English, and be comfortable with a mechanical bias.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of service engineering/technician experience on complex automated pharmaceutical equipment.
• Fluent English and multi-skilled with a mechanical focus.
• Willingness to travel regularly in the UK/Europe and stay away from home.

Responsibilities

• Operate in an 80% mechanical and 20% electrical role.
• Support pharmaceutical manufacturers in the UK/Europe with field service visits (weekly travel; 60-70% away).
• Attend a limited number of customer calls; complex issues may require time.
• Possibly join installation teams for new equipment installations and training.
