AIOS in the United Kingdom is seeking a senior Head of Expansion to accelerate European GLP-1 adoption. You will own market research through launch readiness, turning opportunities into compliant, scalable deployments across Europe, working remotely with Europe-focused travel.

You will collaborate with legal, clinical, product and supply teams, move quickly from strategy to execution, and build a repeatable playbook for rapid country entry that serves millions of patients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in expansion, market launch, business operations, or a similarly high-ownership role.
• Personally owned European launches and track record of market entry.
• Ability to negotiate partnerships, review contracts, and set up entities with a focus on compliance.
• Cross-functional coordination across legal, clinical, and ops with speed and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Expansion: own European expansion from market research through launch readiness, turning opportunities into compliant, scalable deployments.
• Prioritisation: determine which European markets to enter next based on size, demand, and regulatory complexity.
• Planning: identify blockers and construct plans to overcome them, with clear DRIs and deadlines.
• Build or Buy: choose fastest compliant route into each market, including internal development, partnerships, or acquisitions.
• Legal & Regulatory: ensure entities, permissions, registrations, and contracts are in place.
