Job summary

Sysco International is seeking a European ERP Programme Administrator for a full-time, permanent role reporting to the European ERP Director. The position offers hybrid working in the Ashford office with commuting distance expected.

You will support the Programme Leadership Team and project teams with governance, reporting, and documentation, coordinating activities and maintaining programme plans. Strong MS Office and ERP understanding are key assets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in programme or project administration.
• Understanding of ERP systems and implementation processes would be advantageous.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience supporting governance, reporting, risk management and financial administration would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities and maintain programme plans and documents.
• Organise meetings/workshops and support reporting and governance requirements.
• Provide budgeting, resource onboarding, and risk/issue tracking support.
• Prepare programme reports, dashboards and presentations.
• Serve as a central point of contact for stakeholders to ensure clear communication.
