Job summary

Lotus Cars is seeking a Product Manager – Connectivity Europe to own the European connected services roadmap and lead the Lotus customer app and OTA feature development. This role sits at the intersection of automotive, technology and customer experience, requiring collaboration with engineering and digital teams across Europe and China to deliver commercially successful, user‑centred digital services.

Qualifications

• Experience in connected services or automotive infotainment.
• Strong OTA systems knowledge.
• Proven experience managing product roadmaps and delivery.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects with technical and commercial stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills including competitor/market benchmarking.
• Ability to translate complex technical information into commercial/product decisions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work effectively across international teams.
• Customer-focused approach to digital product development.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the roadmap for connected services across Europe.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen the Lotus digital proposition.
• Ensure European market requirements are represented in the strategy.
• Define, prioritise and deliver features for the Lotus customer app.
• Develop the product roadmap based on customer needs and commercial priorities.
• Collaborate with engineering and digital teams to improve functionality.
• Coordinate OTA releases, system updates and new feature development.
• Align delivery timelines with European commercial requirements.
• Support introduction and communication of new connected vehicle functionality.
• Benchmark competitor connectivity and digital service propositions.
• Develop pricing and commercial models for connected services.
• Identify opportunities for new digital revenue streams.
• Manage LCMS configurations and issue management.
• Provide product expertise to aftermarket teams and support resolutions.
• Travel and collaboration across international teams as needed.
