Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a proactive strategy to identify, qualify, and convert new opportunities across Europe.
• Prospect, contact, and secure meetings with prospective customers; build a robust European sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with R&D, CMC, Operations, Project Management, and Marketing to tailor customer solutions.
• Maintain Salesforce data, provide forecasts and reports to management.
• Travel within Europe as required; represent the company at conferences and industry events.
