Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Practice Lead for Compensation and Benefits in London to design and deploy compensation structures, incentives, and expatriate grids across Europe. You will lead multi-country programs, oversee budgeting, and drive governance and employee experience through world-class C&B practices.

You will manage change initiatives, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and ensure regulatory compliance while guiding a team of junior resources supporting the Europe region.

Qualifications

• 9-12 years' experience in core compensation and benefit areas of multi-country operations or consulting in total rewards.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with high accuracy in complex data.
• Detail-oriented with ability to see broader context for recommended solutions.
• Ability to engage with multiple stakeholders to achieve shared objectives.
• Independent in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design compensation structures/models, allowances, salary ranges, and incentive programs across Europe for locals and expatriates.
• Budgeting, financial impact analysis, and scenario planning with digitization focus.
• Support C&B negotiations with unions/workers councils in the region.
• Benchmark programs and enhance competitiveness through market intelligence.
• Ensure compliance with current legislation and governance practices.
• Lead change programs and drive business value for the region.
• Drive C&B agenda in mergers and acquisitions and regional transitions.
• Resolve escalated compensation issues with high complexity.
• Develop and report metrics on program effectiveness.
