Job summary

Vanguard Europe seeks a Corporate Shared Services Risk Specialist to partner with Finance, HR and Operations, providing oversight across risk controls and assurance. You will challenge risk events, support RCSA work, and influence decision-making through strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven working experience in a risk/operations role in financial services
• Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and manage multiple projects
• Strong communication and organizational skills for a matrix organization

Responsibilities

• Provide risk guidance, oversight and assurance to the business and first line risk teams
• Act as a strategic consultant to management on risk practices
• Challenge and review risk events, issues and reporting with timeliness and quality
• Support Risk Appetite reviews and KRIs, and collaborate with global risk partners
