Job summary

Vanguard Group in London seeks a Corporate Shared Services Risk Specialist for Europe to partner with Finance, HR and Operations. You will provide risk guidance, oversight, and independent challenge across the ERM framework, supporting risk assessments, RCSAs, risk events and action plans.

Hybrid role with three days in the office; visa sponsorship is not offered. You will collaborate with global risk, Internal Audit and Compliance, deliver risk training, and help ensure timely risk reporting

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a risk/operations role within financial services.

Responsibilities

• Provide risk guidance, oversight and independent challenge across the ERM framework.
• Support and challenge RCSAs, risk assessments, and review of risk events and action plans.
• Prepare papers for risk committees, governance forums and boards.
• Collaborate with Internal Audit, Compliance and other risk functions to improve efficiency and consistency.
• Deliver risk-based training to promote a risk-aware culture.
