Job summary

The Lubrizol Corporation is seeking a Senior Manager, Regional Supply Chain Europe to lead the European operational supply chain. You will oversee short-term production planning, customer experience, and regional performance, and develop the supply chain teams across Europe.

The role requires seven+ years in supply chain, strong leadership, and ERP/MRP proficiency. This position is based in UK (London or Manchester area) with a hybrid work arrangement and permanent contract.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field.
• 7+ years of supply chain experience.
• People-management with leadership and change management.
• Knowledge of MRP and ERP systems, inventory control and demand planning.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong organisational and project-management skills.
• Excellent English communication with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional operational supply chain performance across customer service, working capital, and cost measures.
• Direct daily supply chain operations: short-term planning, scheduling, shipment coordination, and order fulfilment.
• Collaborate with global teams to implement regional strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes, systems, and data management.
• Coordinate with commercial, demand planning, product management and other functions to resolve issues.
• Lead, coach and develop the Europe supply chain team.
