About the role

We are seeking a creative, talented, and passionate PR Executive to join our London-based North Europe team. The role involves managing all areas of PR, focusing on driving brand and product strategies to engage media (consumer and corporate), influencers, and makeup artists.

This position will work closely with regional PR agencies in North Europe to develop, implement, report, and analyze strategic PR plans for launching new territories, stores, products, and campaigns. The role aims to increase brand awareness and sales by engaging with our diverse Charlotte Tilbury audience.

The PR Executive will report to the North EU PR Manager and collaborate with the Global PR team, North EU Marketing, Commercial, Education, and Training teams.

As a Europe PR Executive, your responsibilities include:

1. Supporting the PR Manager and agencies to secure consistent, high-quality, on-brand press coverage across print, online, broadcast, and social media, with a focus on ROI.
2. Researching and developing influencer strategies and relationships, especially in Ireland and Scandinavia.
3. Contributing to communication strategies and PR plans for brand launches, new products, markets, and campaigns.
4. Reporting on key launches and events, including product launches, new markets, and VIP/red carpet activities.
5. Maintaining media and pitching lists, ensuring all updates for each launch, and managing trackers such as awards logs and PR calendars.
6. Analyzing press and influencer KPIs, tracking results using platforms like Cision and Traackr.
7. Managing gifting and samples, including influencer and VIP mailers, press seedings, and product orders for PR and VIP teams.
8. Handling image requests from agencies or external partners.
9. Circulating weekly North EU PR updates highlighting press, influencer, and VIP/red carpet activities.
10. Assisting in planning and executing PR and VIP events.
11. Collaborating with marketing and commercial teams to support retailer plans.
12. Working with North EU PR, global PR, and marketing teams to deliver record-breaking launch activities.
13. Promoting core brand values and working closely with all departments and external partners.
14. Serving as a reliable partner to in-market agencies.

• Experience in press and influencer activity, either in-house or agency-side.
• Ability to meet deadlines with a flexible, professional attitude.
• Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills, with great attention to detail and results-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication skills, confident and articulate in writing, over the phone, and in person.
• Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.
• Solutions-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong writing skills and creative flair for reports and presentations, with meticulous editing and proofreading skills.
• Passionate about stories, cultural trends, social media, and news.
• Ability to work autonomously, showing initiative and foresight.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and a team player.
• Fluency in one EU language other than English is a plus.
