Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management for financial services.
• Proven launch and end-to-end delivery of payments capabilities in a regulated environment.
• Strong SEPA knowledge in European payments.
• Ability to influence journeys without direct ownership.
• Technical fluency to lead delivery with engineering teams (APIs/events).
• Proven matrix leadership across functions and seniority.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and fast-moving contexts.
• Familiar with AI-enabled tools in auditable contexts.

Responsibilities

• Own the assigned product roadmap and priorities across releases using data-driven methods, balancing customer outcomes, regulatory obligations, engineering constraints, and cost-to-serve.
• Monitors market and scheme trends to identify opportunities for roadmap adjustment and differentiation.
• Directs end-to-end product delivery journey—intake, release management, operationalisation, go/no-go decisions, and post-launch reporting.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers; manage timelines and critical paths; ensure adequate resourcing and escalate with options.
• Collaborate with Digital Product/Design and Operations to enable strong customer payment journeys with transparency and support handoffs.
• Translate European payments regulations into buildable requirements and own testing, including resilience scenarios.
• Own product performance and set OKRs/KPIs aligned to goals; prioritize enhancements for stable production outcomes.
• Leads vendor/partner governance, including SLAs and escalation paths.
• Coaches product managers to improve delivery craft and operational ownership.
• Use AI tools to improve requirements, testing, reporting—while maintaining controls.
