Job summary

SC Johnson is seeking a Logistics Operations Analyst in Frimley to drive inventory and logistics performance across Northern Europe. The role links local operations with regional priorities, focusing on data-driven improvements and cost efficiency.

You will partner with the Northern Europe Logistics Manager and 3PLs to deliver dashboards, forecasts, and performance reviews while ensuring compliance and service targets.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in logistics or related field and practical supply chain experience.
Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
Fluent English; additional European language is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain supply chain and logistics reports and dashboards.
Ensure end-to-end inventory accuracy and control; manage quality and compliance.
Lead data analysis to support KPIs, budgets and process improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize logistics processes.
Monitor 3PL performance and lead improvement initiatives.
