Job summary

Hines is seeking an HR Specialist – Europe to provide operational support to the Europe HR Business Partner team across multiple countries. You will coordinate core HR processes, maintain employee data in Workday, and drive onboarding, probation, and lifecycle activities with keen attention to detail.

You will partner with HR and business stakeholders to deliver consistent HR services, manage documentation, audits, reporting, and program initiatives across Europe in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in HR operations or a similar role across multiple countries.
• Experience maintaining employee data and documentation; Workday experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with European employment practices, data protection, and government reporting is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational HR support to the Europe HR BP team across multiple countries.
• Coordinate core HR processes and maintain employee data and documentation in systems like Workday.
