Job summary

WavesReach seeks a Regional Growth Manager to lead and expand its European presence in the fast-growing crypto trading ecosystem. You will drive user growth, trading activity, partnerships, and community engagement across key markets.

You will collaborate with product, marketing, and global BD teams to tailor strategies to local needs, while building relationships with communities, influencers, and ecosystem partners across Europe. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in crypto, Web3, or digital asset markets.
• Proven track record of regional growth or trading adoption.
• Strong network in European crypto space.
• Entrepreneurial, independent, process-driven.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building.
• Fluent English required.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive regional market development strategy and growth initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with crypto communities, KOLs, and media partners.
• Identify opportunities to increase trading activity, user growth, and brand awareness.
• Launch regional campaigns, partnerships, and community initiatives.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and global BD teams to adapt local strategies.
• Collect feedback from users and partners to inform product positioning.
• Establish processes, KPIs, and growth metrics to manage the region.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity in Europe.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
