Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive regional marketing strategy aligned with global objectives
• Lead user acquisition and growth initiatives across digital and performance channels
• Plan and execute offline marketing including events, partnerships, and activations
• Build and manage influencer, community, and partner relationships
• Ensure compliance with relevant local regulatory frameworks
• Manage budgets and optimise campaigns based on ROI and performance
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, business development, and global teams

Requirements

• Based in Europe with strong local market understanding
• 4–8+ years in regional marketing ownership roles
• Crypto / Web3 marketing experience strongly preferred
• Strong online (performance, growth) and offline (events, partnerships) experience
• Experience in regulated or compliance-driven environments
• Ability to operate independently and drive strategy
