Job summary

Lubrizol Additives Europe is seeking a Demand Controller to shape near-term demand across Europe. You will ensure accurate, data-driven demand signals (2–12 weeks) and align with Sales, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Production Scheduling to meet operational goals.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a related field and 2+ years in demand planning or similar data-driven roles, with strong ERP/planning tool experience and excellent English communication. Hybrid work arrangement in London, UK.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related analytical field.
• 2+ years of experience in demand planning or related data-driven roles.
• Experience with sales orders, forecasts, and short-term demand coordination.
• Strong experience with ERP systems and planning tools.
• Fluent English; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure short-term demand signals (2–12 weeks) accuracy and transparency.
• Analyze customer forecasts and sales orders to maintain aligned near-term demand.
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Production Scheduling to align demand plans.
• Identify risks and opportunities with data-driven updates.
• Track execution metrics like demand stability and plan adherence.
• Communicate demand shifts, risks, and order changes affecting longer-term planning.
• Provide visibility into customer demand behavior and late orders.
• Maintain accurate demand data in systems and validate updates.
