Job summary

The Lubrizol Corporation in London, UK, is seeking a Demand Planning Professional for a hybrid, full-time role (4 days in office, 1 day flexible). You will analyze customer forecasts, collaborate with Sales and Supply Chain, and manage short-term demand signals with a data-driven mindset.

Ideally you have 2+ years in demand planning or related roles, a relevant degree, and proficiency with ERP/planning tools. French is a plus in a global setting.

• 2+ years in demand planning or related roles with regional/global scope.
• Experience with sales orders and customer forecasts.
• Proficiency with ERP/planning tools.
• Strong analytical, communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Fluent English; French a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy and transparency of short-term demand signals (2–12 weeks).
• Analyze customer forecasts and sales orders to align near-term demand.
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Production Scheduling.
• Identify risks and opportunities using data-driven updates.
• Track execution metrics like demand stability and plan adherence.
• Communicate shifts, risks, and order changes impacting longer-term planning.
• Provide visibility into customer demand behavior and rebalancing.
• Maintain accurate demand data in systems with timely updates.
