Job summary

A leading health and beauty company is looking for a Head of Commercial Excellence & Execution to drive growth across the UK and Europe. This senior role involves embedding commercial disciplines, managing executional excellence, and working closely with leadership teams. Ideal candidates will have significant FMCG experience, particularly in beauty or personal care, and a strong analytical and structured approach. The role can be based in London or Amsterdam, with occasional travel required.

Qualifications

• Senior commercial leadership experience within Tier-1 FMCG, preferably in beauty or personal care.
• Deep expertise in Joint Business Planning and forecasting governance.
• Strong understanding of trade investment management and promotional ROI.

Responsibilities

• Embed best-in-class FMCG commercial disciplines and structured Joint Business Planning.
• Own the European commercial planning framework, including annual plans and quarterly reforecasts.
• Drive forecast accuracy and executional excellence across markets.
