Responsibilities

• Support the CEO Office in running priorities, decisions and actions aligned to the European business agenda.
• Partner with the Chief of Strategy to translate priorities into clear plans and progress tracking.
• Own and coordinate the CEO’s operating rhythm, ELT meetings and governance touchpoints.
• Prepare briefing materials for CEO meetings with clear follow-up actions.
• Track delivery of CEO/ELT priorities, surface risks and dependencies.
• Support development of annual business plans and strategic updates with senior leads.
• Lead strategic projects for the CEO Office with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate information flow between CEO, Chief of Strategy, ELT and Group stakeholders.
• Shape communications from the CEO Office for leadership updates and employee events.
• Collaborate with the Executive Assistant to align calendars with business priorities.
