Job summary

Cadent Gas Ltd is hiring an EUC Technical Specialist to deliver and support Microsoft 365, endpoint management, and collaboration tools across the enterprise. You will partner with IT teams and stakeholders to ensure reliable, secure EUC services and drive improvements in the digital workplace.

We are hiring x3 EUC Technical Specialist at Cadent, you will play a key role in delivering and supporting the digital tools and platforms that enable our colleagues to work efficiently and securely. This is a hands-on technical role where your expertise in Microsoft 365, endpoint management, and collaboration tools will help shape the user experience across the organisation.

You will work closely with IT teams, business stakeholders, and third-party providers to ensure our EUC services are reliable, secure, and continuously improving. From device management and application deployment to user support and service optimisation, you will help drive innovation and operational excellence in our digital workplace.

• Ability to follow repeatable processes, perform thorough testing, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret technical data and identify trends or issues.
• Clear communication skills with a collaborative, team‑focused approach.
• Demonstrated desire to learn new skills, expand technical capabilities, and adapt to evolving workplace technologies.
