Job summary

EUC Platform Engineer role in Dunstable focusing on enterprise end-user computing environments. The role blends 3rd line support, endpoint management with Intune and SCCM/MECM, and automation through PowerShell. The position offers hybrid working and a fast-paced project environment.

You will work on Azure Virtual Desktop, FSLogix, AD/Entra ID, and contribute to platform improvements while ensuring security and reliability. Contract is 4 months with Inside IR35 terms.

Qualifications

• Experience as EUC Platform Engineer or similar role.
• Strong hands-on Microsoft Intune and SCCM/MECM skills.
• Experience with Windows 10/11 and FSLogix.
• Proficient in PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Knowledge of Azure AD/Entra ID and Conditional Access.

Responsibilities

• Provide 3rd line support and resolve complex incidents.
• Manage endpoint platforms with Intune and SCCM/MECM.
• Package, deploy, and troubleshoot applications.
• Support Azure Virtual Desktop and FSLogix configurations.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced EUC Platform Engineer to support and enhance enterprise end-user computing environments. The role combines 3rd Line technical support, endpoint management, Azure Virtual Desktop, and automation, alongside contributing to platform improvements and key technology projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing 3rd Line support and resolving complex technical incidents.
• Managing endpoint platforms using Intune and SCCM/MECM.
• Packaging, deploying, and troubleshooting applications.
• Supporting Azure Virtual Desktop, FSLogix, and policy configuration.
• Managing Active Directory, Entra ID, and Conditional Access.
• Automating tasks using PowerShell and Power Automate.
• Supporting security and backup tools, including Zscaler, Veeam, and Purview.
• Assisting with project delivery, testing, cutovers, and go-live support.
• Collaborating with technical teams to maintain platform stability and security.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience working as a EUC Platform Engineer/EUC Engineer, or similar
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune.
• Experience supporting SCCM/MECM and Windows 10/11 environments.
• Advanced PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID, and Conditional Access.
• Experience supporting Azure Virtual Desktop, ideally including FSLogix and application deployment.
• Experience providing 3rd Line support and troubleshooting complex technical issues.
