Job summary

Bimplus is looking for an IT Asset Specialist to manage EUC assets across the lifecycle from provisioning to retirement. You will service end-user devices, maintain asset records and drive efficient hardware allocation.

Qualifications

• Experience with EUC asset lifecycle management and end-user computing assets.
• Familiarity with ITIL service management principles and processes.
• Ability to maintain accurate asset data in CMDB/asset databases.
• Experience provisioning, wiping, redeploying and salvaging hardware.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for EUC asset lifecycle management within IT.
• Provisions, deploys, maintains, recycles and redeploys laptops, tablets and mobile devices.
• Receives, logs and resolves EUC incidents within the ITSM platform.
• Maintains and updates the asset management database and lifecycle tracking.
• Oversees JML (Joiners, Movers, Leavers) hardware readiness and data wipe.
• Manages device logistics, inventory tracking and cross-location shipments.
• Delivers high-quality customer service and adheres to ITIL processes.
• Owns and delegates high-priority EUC incidents and requests.

Location: 4 days in Canary Wharf & 1 day WFH

Need to have construction experience

Main Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for the IT Department regarding EUC asset lifecycle management – covering provisioning, deployment, maintenance, recycling, redeployment and retirement of laptops, tablets and mobile phones.
• Complete the physical device lifecycle: provision new hardware, securely wipe and recycle returned devices, and redeploy refurbished assets to maximise value and minimise waste.
• Receive, log and manage to resolution EUC-related incidents and requests within the IT Service Management platform.
• Maintain and update the asset management database, ensuring accurate tracking of all changes and lifecycle stages.
• JML Process Management: Oversee the technical execution of the Joiners, Movers and Leavers (JML) lifecycle, ensuring rapid hardware preparation, data wiping and secure asset reclamation.
• Device Logistics: Manage the operational workflow for physical device deployment, tracking inventory, hardware lifecycles and the coordination of shipments across company locations.
• Provide a high level of customer service and adhere to service management principles and processes (ITIL).
• Own and delegate priority incidents and requests related to EUC assets.
