Job summary

Kids2 is seeking a Manager, Operations – EU/UK to own the supply chain network across Europe and the UK. This role manages the integrated 3PL partner handling warehousing, fulfilment, and transportation, reporting to the Director of Operations EU/UK.

Based in the Kids2 UK Office with regular travel to Maastricht, NL, Amsterdam, and Peterborough, the role requires adaptability in a fast-paced environment and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or related field.
• Experience managing 3PL relationships across Europe and the UK.
• Knowledge of international shipping and EU-UK trade post-Brexit regulations.
• Ability to use KPIs/SLAs to drive vendor performance improvements.
• Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact and relationship owner for 3PL partners across Europe and the UK.
• Monitor KPIs/SLAs to ensure accurate order processing and on-time delivery.
• Lead reviews with 3PLs and identify cost reductions and efficiencies.
• Provide rolling 6-week volume forecasts to 3PLs.
• Manage a small team and define clear roles and objectives.
• Oversee end-to-end supply chain execution by 3PLs.
• Drive continuous improvement and rapid issue resolution.
• Lead special projects as needed.
