Job summary

Funko, Inc. is seeking a Team Leader, EU Logistics to report to the Head of EU Operations and lead a small EU Logistics team managing inbound/outbound shipments with our Netherlands 3PL partner.

You will drive continuous improvement, ensure on-time deliveries across EMEA and maintain SOPs and KPIs, collaborating with Sales, Planning, IT and HR to meet contractual and quality targets. The role requires strong organisational skills, English and maths proficiency, and hands-on FMCG fulfilment

Qualifications

• Highly organised, proactive approach with a can-do mindset.
• Proven ability to identify improvement opportunities.
• Ability to build relationships, influence and solve complex issues.
• Experience in FMCG fulfilment.
• Strong communication in English; proficient IT and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage the team of 3 logistics coordinators.
• Drive a Right First Time mentality to deliver service to customers with excellence.
• Lead change through a robust continuous improvement programme.
• Mentor and develop employees in partnership with People & Culture.
• Prepare data-driven reviews and dashboards for Operations Management.
• Coordinate shipments with the 3PL partner in the Netherlands to ensure timely deliveries across EMEA.
