Job summary

TikTok in London is seeking a mid-level Legal Counsel (eCommerce - Product) to ensure regulatory compliance for the platform’s ecommerce features across the EU. You will work closely with product and engineering teams to embed privacy by design and manage consumer protection, privacy, antitrust and IP issues.

The role requires a lawyer qualified in France, Italy, Poland or Spain with strong drafting and communication skills, in a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

• Mid-level lawyer with qualification in France, Italy, Poland or Spain.
• Strong expertise in EU legislation incl. GDPR, DMA and DSA.
• Experience in consumer protection, privacy, antitrust and IP.
• Excellent drafting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering, product and business teams to embed regulatory compliance into the product lifecycle.
• Draft and negotiate product terms, privacy notices and data governance agreements.
• Monitor EU regulatory developments affecting TikTok’s eCommerce features.
