Job summary

Qualifications
- Demonstrable marketing experience, preferably in beauty, skincare or fragrance.
- Proven category or portfolio ownership and experience in product, category or brand marketing.
- Strong strategic and commercial capability, with the ability to turn analysis into category decisions.
- Experience coordinating launches and working across markets and functions.
- You have good commercial acumen, with strategic category thinking and strong analytical capability and portfolio management.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver skincare & fragrance category strategy to achieve sales and market share expectations.
- Build category visions, growth plans and portfolio architecture for regional plans.
- Review sales, market share and portfolio productivity with the shared Category Analyst and act on gaps.
