Charlotte Tilbury Beauty Inc. is seeking a Senior Category Manager to lead European product marketing for Colour, Complexion, Skincare and Fragrance. You will translate global brand strategy into regional priorities, drive portfolio performance and oversee two Category Managers, supported by one Category Analyst.

You will partner with Go-To-Market, VM, Sales, NPD and Global teams to align priorities, launches and pricing across Europe, ensuring regional consistency and local relevance.

Qualifications

• Experience in beauty, cosmetics or prestige brand marketing.
• Ability to translate global strategy into regional plans.
• Strong analytical capability and commercial acumen.
• Proven leadership of multi‑disciplinary teams across markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop integrated EU product marketing plans across Colour, Complexion, Skincare and Fragrance.
• Lead two Category Managers and a Category Analyst, shaping portfolio priorities.
• Coordinate cross‑functional launch and promotional planning across European markets.
• Review pricing, lifecycle and product performance with global and regional partners.
