Job summary

Charlotte Tilbury Beauty in London is seeking a Category Analyst to join the Europe Marketing team, driving analytics, forecasting and cross-functional coordination for the Skin & Fragrance portfolio.

In this newly created role, you will back the Category Manager with performance tracking, pricing and lifecycle management across markets, supporting launches and ongoing demand planning in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Marketing, ideally within beauty, fashion, luxury or retail.
• Strong analytical and commercial experience, with experience in product, category or brand.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of category strategy to deliver sales, market share, and portfolio growth.
• Assist in building category plans, innovation support, and portfolio updates.
• Own category performance tracking and reporting with regular insights on sales and product productivity.
• Analyse portfolio performance and support optimisation decisions.
• Track NPD performance including launch metrics and post-launch evaluation.
• Support end-to-end launch management and coordination across markets.
• Forecasting activities including NPD volumes and demand planning inputs.
• Coordinate sampling, PPUs and TOAs forecasting and deployment across region.
