Job summary

Tate & Lyle Sugars in London is seeking a Product Data Coordinator, EU Specifications & Compliance, to maintain accurate product information and translate supplier, technical and regulatory input into complete UK and EU specifications. You will support launches, portfolio management, audit readiness and cross-functional execution using the PLM system.

You will partner with UK-EU Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Packaging, Procurement, NPD, R&T, and IT/PLM teams to resolve data issues and ensure

Qualifications

• Experience in product data, product specifications, food technical, quality, packaging, or regulatory support environments.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate, structured, and traceable product information.
• Practical experience using PLM, ERP/SAP, specification databases, Excel or comparable digital product data systems.
• Working knowledge of UK and EU food labelling, specification and documentation requirements.
• Experience translating data into clear reports or visuals for stakeholders, using Power BI or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned product and specification records in PLM and support SAP product data requirements.
• Coordinate product data creation, review, approval and change workflows.
• Create, review and maintain finished-product specifications with supplier, formulation, manufacturing, quality, packaging and regulatory data.
• Validate consistency of product attributes and supporting evidence.
• Enable effective management of product data and compliance information to support regulatory, quality, and operational processes.
• Support artwork, pack-copy and customer documentation workflows with accurate approved product information.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data and specification issues across regions.
• Support remediation of legacy or incomplete records and drive process improvements.
