Job summary

Amazon's Twitch Brand Partnership Studio seeks a Senior Creative Strategist, Live Content Lead (EU) to drive live content programming and commercialisation across Sports, Music, and Entertainment in UK, DE, FR, IT, and ES. You will own the EU Live Content verticals, develop new formats, and build partnerships with Prime Video, Amazon Music, leagues and labels to scale programming with Amazon Ads.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in content strategy, creative programming, business development or partnerships in entertainment.
• Proven track record of developing and commercialising original content at scale for digital/media platforms.
• Deep understanding of Twitch/livestreaming ecosystem and interactive formats.
• Experience negotiating content partnerships or licensing with external rights holders.
• Knowledge of European sports, music and entertainment landscape across EU5.
• Strong network with IP owners, rights holders, leagues, labels or agencies.

Responsibilities

• Own Live Content Verticals across EU5: set creative vision, strategy, and standards for Twitch in EU markets.
• Lead internal partnerships with Prime Video and Amazon Music to develop collaborative programming.
• Develop external partnerships with leagues, labels, promoters, and rights holders for monetised content.
• Create original Twitch programming across Sports, Music, Entertainment with market-specific slates.
• Innovate on interactive formats to unlock new revenue opportunities for Amazon Ads.
• Package, price and sell live content opportunities with EU Go-To-Market and Sales teams.
• Manage execution and localisation across EU5, ensuring consistency with local adaptation.
