Job summary

Adecco is seeking an EU Finance Architect & IT lead for a 12-month hybrid role in London. You will shape the finance architecture, align with EU stakeholders, and oversee Oracle ERP solutions across GL, AP, and Fixed Assets. You will mentor IT professionals, ensure data quality, and drive process automation.

The role requires deep Oracle Financials experience, strong stakeholder skills, and a track record in financial controls and end-to-end implementations.

Qualifications

• Extensive Oracle Financials implementation experience.
• Experience in full life cycle of GL, AP, and Fixed Assets.
• Strong knowledge of R2R and P2P processes and internal controls.
• Experience with SQL queries and production support.

Responsibilities

• Align with EU business to gather finance requirements for programmes.
• Develop and maintain an architectural roadmap for Finance.
• Lead and mentor an IT team delivering finance solutions.
• Ensure data quality and integrity for financial reporting.
• Identify opportunities to automate finance processes.
• Investigate and resolve technical issues with vendors and teams.
• Provide training and documentation for finance product owners.
• Oversee Oracle ERP solutions including GL, AP, and FA.
• Provide design, configuration, and production support for Oracle modules.
• Participate in Governance sessions and Design Authority.
