Job summary

Vanguard is seeking a European Data Governance Analyst to operationalise the European Data Governance Framework across European business functions. You will work with Data Governance Partners, Data Domain Practice Leads, Data Stewards, Technology, Risk, Privacy and Compliance to translate governance into practical controls and reporting.

You will document processes, produce data quality dashboards and scorecards, map critical data elements, and support remediation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Significant experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst or similar.
• Experience producing dashboards, reporting and management information.

Responsibilities

• Implement governance requirements within assigned business areas.
• Produce data quality dashboards, scorecards and MI; map Critical Data Elements.
• Support data lineage, process validation, control testing and metadata reviews.
• Document end-to-end data processes and governance artefacts for auditability.
• Collaborate with Data Governance Partners to design controls and ensure compliance.
