Job summary

ConocoPhillips in London seeks an experienced ETRM Support Analyst to provide frontline Level 1 functional support for RightAngle, TriplePoint, PlanLogic, Endur and related integrations along the trade lifecycle. You will triage issues, validate data, and escalate where needed across global teams.

You will document incidents with context, support minor configuration changes, and maintain runbooks to ensure consistent operations. Strong SQL/Excel skills and ITSM experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of CTRM/ETRM experience or equivalent
• 5+ years supporting Commercial trading users and trade-lifecycle processes
• Advanced Level 1 triage, troubleshooting, documentation and escalation
• Strong experience with ETRM/CTRM platforms and incident management
• Proficient in SQL and Excel with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 functional support across trade capture, validation, scheduling, risk, settlements, invoicing, reporting and downstream data flows
• Assess business impact, reproduce issues, validate data, review system behavior, and determine resolution or escalation
• Document incidents with context, steps, and data for senior analysts and vendors
• Own incidents and requests through closure using priority tracking and user communications
• Coordinate with global support teams to standardize triage and handoffs
• Maintain runbooks, playbooks, and known-error documents to prevent recurring incidents
