ConocoPhillips seeks an ETRM Support Analyst to provide frontline functional support for trading systems across risk, settlements, and operations. You will triage issues, validate data, and escalate as needed, coordinating with teams in Houston, London, and Singapore.

The role emphasizes running books, incident documentation, and improving stability of core trading platforms like RightAngle, TriplePoint, Endur, PlanLogic, and related integrations.

Qualificações

• 7+ years in CTRM/ETRM or related trading-system support.
• 5+ years supporting commercial trading users and trade-lifecycle processes.
• Advanced level in triage, data issues, documentation, and effective escalation.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Level 1 functional support across trade capture, validation, scheduling, risk, and settlements.
• Assess business impact, reproduce issues, validate data, and determine resolutions or escalations.
• Document incidents with context, examples, screenshots, and reproducible steps.
• Resolve approved minor issues including reference-data updates and workflow checks.
• Own incidents and service requests through closure with priority tracking and communication.
• Coordinate with global teams to standardize triage and handoffs.
• Document root-cause findings and preventive actions.
