Job summary

London-based leading global electronic market maker seeks experienced ETF traders to contribute to the continued build-out and scaling of its European ETF trading platform. Candidates should have ETF market making, pricing/risk management and RFQ experience, with familiarity in fair value, hedging, execution, and systematic trading.

You will work alongside quantitative researchers and technology teams to push the franchise forward.

Qualifications

• ETF market making, pricing and risk management experience.
• Experience with institutional RFQ and portfolio risk trading.
• Familiarity with fair value, hedging and execution processes.
• Background in systematic/electronic trading and automation.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the build-out and scaling of the ETF trading platform.
• Collaborate with quantitative research and technology teams to enhance execution.
• Help optimize pricing, risk management and hedging strategies for ETFs.

We’re particularly interested in experience across:

• ETF market making, pricing and risk management
• Institutional RFQ and portfolio risk trading
• Fair value, hedging and execution
• Systematic / electronic trading and automation
• Building or materially scaling an ETF trading capability
