Job summary

Actus Search is seeking a Compliance Advisory Manager to support a growing EMEA ETF platform in London. The role offers a hybrid pattern: 4 days in office and 1 day from home, with high visibility across the ETF lifecycle and collaboration with Product, Distribution, Investments, Legal and Compliance.

You will review ETF proposals, advise on regulatory implications, and translate developments into practical actions for the business, while promoting strong governance and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Compliance advisory experience within asset management.
• Experience across ETFs, UCITS or product advisory.
• Strong understanding of fund structures and investment fund regulation.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to provide pragmatic, commercial advice.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted Compliance Advisory partner to the EMEA ETF business.
• Review new ETF proposals and advise on compliance considerations through launch.
• Support changes to existing products, including product governance and regulatory implications.
• Review PRIIPs KIDs and other investor-facing product documentation.
• Assess ETF regulatory developments and translate them into clear business actions.
• Support regulatory-change implementation, business readiness and stakeholder training.
• Promote fair customer outcomes, sound governance and effective conflicts management.

Compliance Advisory Manager

Location: London

We are partnering with a leading global asset manager to hire a Compliance Manager to support its growing EMEA ETF business.

This is a high-visibility advisory role with exposure across the full ETF product lifecycle. You’ll work closely with Product, Distribution, Investments, Legal and Compliance, providing practical, commercially focused compliance advice.
