Actus Search is partnering with a leading global asset manager to hire a Compliance Manager to support its growing EMEA ETF business. This is a high-visibility advisory role with exposure across the full ETF product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering compliance advisory within asset management (EMEA ETF focus).
• Experience advising on ETFs, UCITS or product governance.
• Ability to translate regulatory changes into practical business actions and provide commercial guidance.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted Compliance Advisory partner to the EMEA ETF business.
• Review ETF proposals and advise on compliance through launch.
• Support changes to products including governance and regulatory implications.
• Review PRIIPs KIDs and investor documentation.
• Assess ETF regulatory developments and translate them into actions.
• Support regulatory-change implementation, readiness and stakeholder training.
• Promote fair customer outcomes and strong governance.
