Job summary

TP ICAP Belfast is seeking a TM Analyst to process trades for the NGU and ETD businesses. You will ensure accurate trade capture, timely TM processing, and delivery to clients via multiple channels.

You will work in a team with strong attention to detail and robust problem-solving skills, handling high-pressure scenarios while maintaining data integrity and reporting clarity. Hybrid work model in Belfast is expected.

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational skills.
• Proven analytical ability and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to perform under high-pressure conditions.
• Very good written and verbal communication; clear reporting.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Ensure trades arrive from front office systems into TM systems promptly.
• Manage delivery of trades to clients, venues, or clearing houses.
• Allocate executed transactions and coordinate clearing and reporting.
• Monitor intraday liquidity and exposure to maintain control.
• Resolve queries on non-delivery of electronic confirmations.
• Oversee external systems and data integrity within TM systems.
• Monitor trade flows with in-house exception tools.
• Perform intra-day/month actions to ensure reconciliation and invoicing.
• Run UAT and test new systems or processes, including weekend upgrades.
• Engage with Brokers to manage trade exceptions and provide frontline support.
• Liaise with Accounts receivable and Clients to resolve queries.
• Fulfill additional ad-hoc duties to meet business needs.
