Job summary

Holt Recruitment Group is excited to present an opportunity for an experienced Estimator / Vehicle Damage Assessor to join a trusted Accident Repair Centre in Colchester.

You will accurately assess vehicles, use computerised estimating systems, and calculate costs and times for repairs while keeping customers updated.

Experience with Audatex is preferred; ATA is advantageous; delivering excellent service to customers and insurers is essential.

Qualifications

Must have experience using estimating software (ideally Audatex)
ATA is advantageous but not essential
Ensure customer expectations are met and demonstrate great service skills

Responsibilities

Accurately and professionally assess a wide range of vehicles
Use computerised estimating systems
Calculate costings and the time required to complete all necessary repairs
Liaise regularly with insurance engineers
Contact customers to provide updates
