You will prepare tenders for major housebuilders, local authorities and commercial clients, reviewing specs and contract requirements while building costings and coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Estimating and procurement experience.
• Strong numerical, analytical and commercial skills.
• Confident communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tenders across New Build, Social Housing and Commercial projects.
• Review specifications and contract requirements.
• Price products, building works and services.
• Obtain competitive supply chain costings.
• Complete tender submissions and pre-start information.
• Analyse tender feedback and support process improvements.
• Full-time office-based in Dunfermline.
