Exceptional opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join this Civils Contractor. Hays Civil Engineering is delighted to be working alongside this experienced Civil Engineering Contractor in recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join their Commercial team. Reporting into the Regional Commercial Manager, you will be part of their Commercial team, working in conjunction with the Operations team, delivering a diverse range of Civils schemes.

The company specializes in Civils projects and Frameworks, with project values from £2m to £10m. You will be working on a portfolio of projects including Earthworks, Infrastructure, RC, Drainage, Roads, Groundworks & General Civil Engineering (NEC), with full support from the Commercial team.

Projects include:

1. Earthworks
2. Infrastructure
3. RC
4. Drainage
5. Roads
6. Groundworks
7. General Civil Engineering (NEC)

Typical duties will include:

• Supporting with tenders
• Procurement of packages of work and subcontractor work packages
• Producing BoQ's
• Producing CVR's and cash flow analysis
• Measurements and variations

To be successful, you must have experience working as a QS for a Civils Contractor, be proficient with NEC contracts, and possess the ability to work on diverse Civil Engineering schemes.
