Job summary

Bimplus, Bristol office, is seeking an Estimator to prepare robust time and cost estimates for new work enquiries within our established medium-sized main contractor. You will price opportunities from £100k to £5m, including high-value, long-term contracts and framework agreements, across schools, healthcare, higher education and warehouses.

Experience with main contractor refurbishment, maintenance, fit-out or new-build, plus knowledge of public sector procurement and tendering procedures, is

Qualifications

• Experience with main contractors in refurbishment, maintenance, fit-out or new-build.
• Knowledge of public sector procurement and tendering procedures.
• Experience using estimating software and tender management platforms.
• Understanding of framework providers and public sector frameworks.
• Ability to undertake site visits and assess project requirements independently.

Responsibilities
