Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Estimator in construction or related field.
• Strong understanding of tender processes and pre-construction management.
• Proficiency in Conquest software or similar for producing bills of quantities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with various stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage the pre-construction process from tender issuance to award.
• Produce bills of quantities and coordinate with procurement for compliant enquiries.
• Attend site visits and mid-tender meetings to present status of tender.
• Collaborate with Contracts Manager on programming, design solutions and logistics.
• Support business development and engagements with the Conquest team.
• Provide timely responses during handover, defects, and post-tender stages.
