Qualifications

• Experience in an estimating role.
• Familiarity with the manufacturing industry and processes.
• High level of administrative experience within a high-performing commercial team.
• Experience with Google Workspace and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• To be responsible for the preparation of quotes.
• To communicate with customers and our clients personnel when required to ascertain correct up to date information on projects.
• To ensure all quotations are returned to customers on time. Managing customers' expectations if further time is required to complete and issue quote.
• Utilise feedback loops to optimise the criteria for qualification and decision-making process.
• Prompt and effective communication with customers in response to their queries.
• As the key contact and impression for customers pre-order, always give a high level of customer service.
• To gain a full knowledge of all of the clients products and their applications.
• Contribute to creating a positive team culture with an inquisitive problem-solving attitude.
• To undertake any other duty as dictated by the needs of the business.
