Job summary

Morris & Spottiswood is seeking an experienced Estimator to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. The role offers hybrid working across Leeds and other offices, with training and career development provided.

The successful candidate will prepare, price and submit tenders with full analytical estimating knowledge and experience in contract preliminaries, ideally from fitout or housing projects, and will liaise with clients and suppliers to win bids.

Qualifications

• Experience in preparing, pricing and submitting tenders.
• Full analytical estimating knowledge.
• Experience in preparation of contract preliminaries.
• Educated to at least HND level with understanding of estimating issues.
• Ability to liaise with clients, consultants, architects, suppliers and sub-contractors.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, price and submit tenders to a high quality.
• Develop and maintain tender documentation and estimations.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to support bids.
