Job summary

A quality interior fit out business in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Estimator / Quantity Surveyor. This role involves overseeing the commercial success of projects and managing budgets. Candidates should have relevant industry experience, preferably with RICS or CIOB membership, and a degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management. Approach Personnel are proud to be partnered with a trusted and quality interior fit outs business, who are currently on the look out for either a Quantity Surveyor or Estimator to join them on a permanent basis. As a Quantity Surveyor you will be responsible for overseeing the commercial success of all of our commercial projects, working with junior members of staff and getting involved in the pre-tender side of the business.
