Neo Property Solutions, part of the PTSG Group, seeks an experienced Estimator to price and tender work for fire protection projects. Based at the Leeds head office, you will survey sites, review drawings, and prepare robust estimates for rolling enquiries and long-term contracts.

You will travel to customer premises, assess site access, risks, and contract terms, and work with Commercial and Operational teams to develop proposals. Evening and weekend work may be required for major bids.

Qualifications

• Experience in Estimator / Tender delivery
• Pricing for long term service contracts
• Strong customer service and stakeholder management

Responsabilités

• Prepare priced response to a rolling pipeline of tender enquiries
• Work with Operational and Commercial colleagues to develop proposals
• Maintain detailed records of enquiry documentation, site assessments and contract terms
• Balance multiple enquiries with deadlines
• Keep pipeline management systems up to date
• Analyse enquiries within a framework, identify risks and mitigation
• Maintain relationships with existing clients, expanding to new ones
