American Society of Civil Engineers in Cookstown, Northern Ireland seeks an Estimator/Design Engineer to join a growing technical team. You will move beyond basic pricing, working with CAD Detailers, Project Engineers and Design teams to understand the full project journey from enquiry to delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in estimating and pricing construction projects.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Interest in progression, broader project exposure and commercial involvement.

Responsibilities

• Produce take-offs, quotations and technical schedules from drawings and specs.
• Review enquiries, drawings and project information to prepare accurate pricing.
• Collaborate with CAD Detailers, Project Engineers and Design teams.
• Clarify scope, variations and technical requirements with contractors.
• Prepare handover information for project delivery teams.
• Support live project changes and commercial updates.
• Maintain accurate estimating records and pipeline data.
